Musings

September! There’s a definite feeling about this month and no matter what your age, it seems to signify that Back to School feeling. Maybe for you it’s the Horse Show season. How about the Holiday season? Whatever, it is a busy time! And it’s all approached in Capital Letters!

Last month  I contemplated heat and air conditioning. This month is it rain. We were rained out of the Warrenton, VA shows due to Ernesto. And although by the actual weekend, the skies had finally cleared, we figured we’d keep the portraits and paintings packed until our next show which is Middleburg. Our schedule shows you where we’ll be.

Speaking of musings, I am unabashedly patriotic! Let’s remember that this is a great country and I know everyone paused to remember 9/11

  What’s New

We have been working hard to complete commissions and have finally lined up all the fall shows that signify the meaning of September for us! One thing I should mention is that we’ll be in Richmond at the Virginia Equine Extravaganza October 27-29. They have a huge number of clinicians, including me! The layout can be seen at their website. We’ll have two booths. Steve will be in Booth 205 in the Richmond Building where he’ll have all his paintings. I will be in booth 2210 in the Old Dominion Building where I will have all the portraits. You will enter through Old Dominion so glance to your left and you’ll see me! I will be giving seminars on “How to Draw Horses”.

Below is the absolute latest portrait created by me and the latest created by Steve. Enjoy!

  This Month's Laugh
Judging from the emails, lots of people got a chuckle out of last month’s laugh! Several clients have sent this one to us but we love it and thought we’d share it with you! A professionally created video clip!
