What's been happening. What’s getting ready to Happen Steve has launched a BRAND NEW creative art project, One Hundred Paintings in One Hundred Days that will also benefit one of our favorite rescue charities, Danny and Ron's Rescue. So 100 paintings in a 100 days ! Each little 4 x 6 painting will be posted in a special web page where they will be available for just $100.00 for his collectors! Visit his special blog and sign up for email updates - join him on his unique journey of art and discovery! All of his fox paintings were sold at the recent Aiken Horse Show for the benefit of Hitchcock Woods. Gallery B in Lexington, KY also sent in a request for more paintings but don’t worry, you can find some stunning rose gardens on his site! Look for his work this summer at Saratoga, at the Beresford Gallery Our schedule has changed just a little. Steve will be back in Devon, PA and then doing some painting at Upperville. However, this year we will NOT be set up at the Upperville Horse Show, but rather in Raleigh! We will be sponsors at the CDI-W/Y/J Raleigh Dressage show May 29-31. This show is the only international level horse show in Raleigh, and we have been wanting to exhibit our work there the last couple of years. On June 12, we will be at Art after Hours in Wake Forest. We will be exhibiting at Wake Forest Art and Frame. Theresa will be inside with her portraits, while as usual, Steve will be out on the sidewalk painting. Steve will also be going to Culpepper this summer to do some painting and photography. So you will be able to round out your collection of Virginia Horse Showgrounds.

Summer Art Camp Programs
- We have a small change for the 5 scheduled this year. So
for those of you with kids from 9-12 who are in our area, come on and
join us! There is a change for the June 15-19 and that will be for
teens only, ages 13-18. See our schedule for more information. |

Blowing
Rock Horse Show
Last
year, Theresa was asked by the Blowing Rock Charity Horse Show to
create a painting this year to be used for next years poster and
t-shirts.
The Blowing Rock show is actually two shows, a Saddlebred show in June and a Hunter/Jumper show in July/August. This year Theresa decided to create two paintings. Both similar in layout and theme, one is oriented to the Saddlebred and one to the Hunter/Jumpers. Two posters next year? |
