Whats happening It was REALLY hard to return from the NC Mountains and the incredible weather that we were able to experience during and after the Blowing Rock Charity horse show. Steve painted and painted and....painted :-).The fun thing about that area is that there is so many activities to choose from! Although I held the fort down in Raleigh, I then brought Ashley, our granddaughter back with me and the fun really began. And the exercise. If you really want to experience the mountains, bring a kid along! We gem mined, hiked (and hiked and...) the Blue Ridge trails, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Caverns, tubed down the Watauga River. Every muscle in my body ached. But oh, it was worth it! Thank you everyone who ordered his paintings and my portraits! We are back at the studio.

|
Steve's Oils........
Brownie was one of a number of dog portraits done at the horse show. "On the Rail" was commissioned as a gift for a trainer, I just had to catch her with the right hat on... A series of his paintings are now housed in the beautiful Saxapahaw Art Gallery located in an old, restored mill on the Haw River outside Chapel Hill and Mebane. Visit the gallery and visit the local five star General Store! As always, he is keeping up his 100 paintings in 100 days or is it 200 in 200 days?...:-) |

Our schedule can change but Check
our schedule to see where we will be next.
We're adding recent completed portraits all the time so pop in to our site to see what it new. You can always see some of the artwork of both Steve and I in person if you are in Wake Forest by popping into the Wake Forest Art and Frame shop located at 139 S. White in the beautful downtown historic section! |

become the 2 hour "mini workshops" and participants love them! |
| Art of the Carolinas is
coming up! This 4 day art extravaganza (Nov 10-13 ) is the perfect
place to buy supplies, take workshops and see what is going on in the
world of art! We will be teaching several classes again this year. Theresa's Classes Steve's Classes |
